This space was created for women who are approaching retirement, newly retired, or some way into this phase and still working out what it means for them. You don’t need a plan to be here. You don’t need to know what comes next.

Many of us arrive at this point with mixed feelings. There may be relief at leaving work behind, alongside uncertainty about identity, purpose, and how to shape days that once felt full. That uncertainty is more common than it’s often spoken about.

Encore Endeavours exists as a place to pause and reflect. It’s here to offer honest experiences, ideas, and gentle encouragement as you explore this phase at your own pace. Nothing here is about reinvention or pressure. It’s about noticing what matters now and giving yourself permission to explore it.
